In its simplest form, a Lunch & Learn is an educational session scheduled over the course of the lunch hour. Although in most instances, lunch will be provided by the host or employer location, participants will often times bring their own lunch. Because we design the Lunch & Learn to be fun, informative, relevant, and interactive, these sessions are the perfect way to get more training done – turn lunch time into learning time!

  1. Reinforces a learning culture
  2. Boosts team morale
  3. Efficient use of the workday
  4. Creates awareness for issues, projects, initiatives, etc
  5. Effectively introduces new initiatives

Lunch & Learns aren’t just for employees!
