How did you decide to pursue the career that you are working in today?
I have always loved kids and was always interested in owning a business. Owning a Kidville franchise gave me the opportunity to do both!

Organization, passion, and motivation
What habits helped make you successful?
Scheduling is big for me – scheduling time for personal, work, etc. I’m also a big fan of taking time for myself – working out, yoga, massages – whatever it takes to center me and keep me going! Finally, goals are essential. Having goals give you vision, focus, and keeps you on track.
What’s your productivity secret?
Lists and lists and more lists!
What motivates you?
My business, happy customers, my kids, and my employees!
